So Far This Season
The Bills are 2-2 after beating the New England Patriots, in Foxborough, 16-0 in week 4. Have you heard, the Bills were the first team shut the Patriots out at Gillete Stadium?
The rams are 3-1 after going into Arizona and shocking the Cardinals 17-13 in week 4.
It’s time for our predictions, feel free to leave yours below!
I look at this game much like the Patriots game, stop the run and make a not so good quarterback beat you, something I don’t think Case Keenum can do. I do, however, think the Bills defense will stay hot and take care of things on that side of the ball. The Aaron Donald aspect is minimal in my opinion as I think Buffalo will do just enough to either throw screens past Donald, design quick passes to avoid his rush, and run away from him. Only two things concern me in this one, 1) a west coast trip 2) national media picking the Bills. Buffalo 19 – Rams 10
This is a huge test for the Bills. Often times, in years past, have the Bills go and beat one of the best teams in the league, only to disappoint by losing to an inferior team the next week. I see this game as a possible momentum swing. If the Bills win, they will heat up. If they lose, we’ll be left scratching our heads as to why this team can never pull through in critical games. As far as the Rams go, I fear them on their defensive line featuring Aaron Donald, Robert Quinn, Michael Brockers and William Hayes. Much like the Bills front four in 2014, they can terrorize a game. Their offense doesn’t scare me outside of Todd Gurley. If they can eliminate the running game from the Rams, I’m confident that the Bills secondary will make Case Keenum falter. With Marcell Dareus coming back, it’ll only add another chess piece for Rex Ryan to deploy on already a stout front-seven, and defense as a whole. Despite the west-coast trip, the Bills have a lot of favorable matchups entering this game. I think they do enough to get the win in Los Angeles. Buffalo 17 – Rams 10
